Exciting Updates: Welcoming New Team Members and Celebrating Transitions!

We are thrilled to share some exciting updates about our team that will enhance the support we provide to our learners and families.

First, please join me in giving a warm Forest School welcome to Emma Fall, our new Office Manager, and Brennan Barnard, our new Director of College Counseling!

Emma Fall – Our New Office Manager

As Office Manager, Emma will be a daily presence at school, working five days a week to ensure smooth operations and provide care and attention to both learners and families. While Emma is not a nurse, she will receive training to triage sick learners and determine whether they need care from you (parents), a doctor, staff, or the clinic supplies available in the admin office. Her kindness and organization will be invaluable as we continue to prioritize the health and well-being of our community.

Brennan Barnard – Director of College Counseling

We’re also incredibly fortunate to welcome Brennan Barnard, a nationally recognized college counselor with deep expertise in guiding families through the college admissions journey. Brennan brings a wealth of experience, having served as the Director of College Counseling at Khan Lab School and co-authoring my favorite book on the topic, The Truth about College Admission: A Family Guide to Getting In and Staying Together.

Brennan will work remotely, offering webinars and virtual meetings to support families navigating the college application process. His insights, wisdom, and learner-centered approach will empower our learners to find the best paths for their future.

Congratulations to Tricia Boschert – Our New Wellness Guide

Tricia Boschert, who has been our dedicated Office Manager, is transitioning into a new role as Wellness Guide. Tricia will lead weekly Wellness lessons in our Elementary, Middle, and High School Studios, focusing on mental and emotional well-being, a cornerstone of our learner-first philosophy.

Tricia’s dedication and ability to connect with learners make her the perfect fit for this essential role, and we’re excited to see the positive impact she will continue to make.

A Thriving Team for Thriving Learners

With Emma ensuring our learners feel cared for in the admin office, Tricia fostering wellness in the Studios, and Brennan providing expert college counseling, we’re building a stronger foundation for every learner’s success and well-being.

Please join me in welcoming Emma and Brennan and celebrating Tricia’s new chapter!
