Who are we?
As 2022 comes to an end, keep this in mind: life isn't a line but a circle. The ending of each year brings with it a new beginning. Through this year, we’ve gained the wisdom and confidence to accept and inspire a new tomorrow.
Session 4: “Who Are We” has proven to be beautiful and inspirational. It was so good that we want to continue discovering more about ourselves and others. Let’s keep it flowing! As Nelson Mandela once said, “Education is the most powerful weapon we can use to change the world.”
Blessings to all and to all a good night. Until next year, stay safe, happy, and healthy. May peace be with you. With love and gratitude.

That’s a wrap! Heroes have successfully completed Session 4 with a bang. Our Exhibition highlighted deep reflection as our heroes met with their Dream Teams to discuss academic goals and progress as well as personal aspirations.
Extra extra read all about it: Our elementary heroes wrote the very first Forest School newspaper! Make sure to check out our website soon if you didn’t grab a copy at Exhibition.
The holiday season is a perfect time to reflect on your blessings and seek out ways to make life better for ourselves and those around us. Enjoy your holiday break!

What a session and, frankly, a year! This session was full of progress, change, laughter, panic, debate, and much more! As heroes wrapped up their apprenticeships, the Studio put a large focus on the Spelling Bee. They learned that practicing something multiple times truly can make a difference. Congratulations to the three winners who will proceed to the Georgia State Spelling Bee.
Additionally, learners elected a council with the purpose of moving the Studio from guide-led to more hero-led, with parameters. Being on the council is no easy job, but I must say, they have been doing a phenomenal job! Keep up the great work!
Remember, we will continue to “Flip the Script,” and it will take each and every one of us to make it happen. As we wrap up the final week we would like to say thank you to all of the parents, visitors, experts, and heroes for an awesome half of the school year. We look forward to jumping into the second half with you all!
Happy Holidays, and see you in the New Year! Onward!

“All is merry and bright!”
The break is here, we made it, and, boy, did we work hard all the way to the end!
High School continues to implement the many changes created by them in the Studio, and we will remain as consistent as possible with “flipping the script!” On Thursday, we enjoyed a treat. Our Reflection Day consisted of the following: live speeches from the Storytelling badge, watching video footage of exhibition and providing feedback for each and every group, a team building exercise, and Studio townhall. While our day was packed, it was fun and exciting work!
All assignments have been submitted and closed out for the year. We are ready to bring the heat for Session 5! Want a hint on the the Quest content? Well here it is: “Health is wealth!”
Not only are we entering a break, but a new year, so allow me to say this early: I hope you all have a Merry Christmas and a happy New Year!
