position overview

This combined role oversees athletic programming, coaches multiple sports, and supports learners across various capacities. Responsibilities include:

  • PE Guide (Preschool - Middle School)

  • Head Coach (Basketball, Volleyball, Spring Sport)

  • Athletic Director (Program oversight, scheduling, compliance)

  • Substitute Guide/Admin (As needed)

  • 1-on-1 Check-In Specialist (Learner support)

  • Mastery Reviewer (Assessing learner work)

  • Reporting (Regular updates to Johnny, COO)

  • Salary $30-35K
