Music at The Forest School

How do we incorporate music in the Studio?

Where does music find itself in the curriculum that all heroes will encounter at some point in their time at Forest?

At Forest School, we believe in nurturing creativity and self-expression through music.

Music plays a vital role in the curriculum at The Forest School. From the moment heroes enter the school, they are exposed to music in various forms and are encouraged to explore and develop their musical abilities. Check out the ways music is incorporated in our Studios.

Some examples of previous music-related Quests we’ve done are music video challenges and hero-produced concerts. Customized music-based badges have heroes created to learn an instrument while at Forest, such as the ukulele, guitar, piano, and even the djembe.

Music-related apprenticeships have also been a great source of inspiration for our heroes, with opportunities to learn from professionals in the industry. From producing a podcast with an audio engineer to songwriting with a professional musician, our Studios provide unique and hands-on experiences for hero development.
